With the continuous development of the international trade routes, container transport also changed from the past more single mode of transport for the joint multimodal transport. It can be said has become an international multimodal container logistics in the most widely used, one of the most efficient mode of transport. Intermodal generally consists of "land+ocean", "land+air", "air+ocean," "land+ air+ocean" of a different transport mode. This study focuses on the current land and sea transport mode of transport international container logistics market, the most widely used.Throughout the land and sea transport international logistics—related literature, mostly concentrated on the optimization model of multimodal combinations, transport routes and costs, and land and sea transport departing research quality of international logistics services from a marketing point of view, but only a handful of studies same. Therefore, this study will be the quality of service, quality of logistics services such as basic research to start, through literature review and the actual land and sea transport logistics industry, the land and sea transport international logistics service quality factors exploratory determined to be tangible, reliable, responsiveness, feasibility, information, convenience, flexibility, connectivity and other eight factors studied these factors and customer satisfaction, the intention of re-use, etc. affect the relationship, and as a research framework set ten research hypotheses.In this study, first by shippers and logistics and corporate executives interviews to confirm the rationality and practicality of international land and sea transport logistics service quality factors of eight, and on this basis the domestic land and sea transport logistics industry is more developed Beijing, the owner Tianjin, Dalian, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Qingdao and other cities to the questionnaire objects, a total of 250 questionnaires,250 questionnaires. Among them,48 parts excluding invalid questionnaires,202 copies of valid questionnaires, the effective rate was 80.8% questionnaires. Valid questionnaires were collected for this study using SPSS21.0 statistical analysis software as the primary tools for data analysis and case studies. Analytical methods including basic statistical analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis.In this study, empirical analysis, and ultimately come to land and sea transport logistics services of international quality to produce a positive impact on customer satisfaction; tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, feasibility, information, convenience, flexibility, connectivity eight Suppose factors, in addition to seven other tangible factors that can determine the impact factor of the quality of land and sea transport international logistics services; customer satisfaction analysis intended to have positive effects re-use results. Finally, as a basis for land and sea transport international logistics services logistics services to enhance the quality of proposed countermeasures and suggestions.
