Research On Installation Project Process Optimization Of E Elevator Company

Under the progress of our country’s urbanization and slowdown of real estate investment, competition between elevator manufactures as downstream industry become more and more fierce. Since installation is a key step in the value chain of elevator manufactures, how to optimize installation project management to improve its competitiveness is a topic which E elevator company must faces.Based on theory generalizing and analysis of Business Process Management and Value Chain, this paper gives a proposal to E elevator company’s installation process optimization by method of process improvement. Firstly, the study analyzes the current situation of installation process of E elevator company and summarizes the issues exist. Secondly, the study gives the target, principle, steps and detailed proposal for installation project management process optimization of E elevator company, also the complementing solution is provided. Finally, the study introduces the implementation of the proposal and appraises the optimization.This paper is mainly based on the theory of Business Process Management and Value Chain. By combination of theories and practices, this paper proposes a series of optimization solutions, and gets the result that key operational indexes and customer satisfaction are improved, and could be a referable for process optimization in elevator industry.
