An Empirical Study On The Negative Effects Of Civil-military Integration Technological Innovation Network

It has become the strategic focus of the national innovation system,that combine national defense innovation system and civil innovation system to establish civil-military integration innovation system.At present,the civil-military integration technological innovation network plays the positive effects of technological innovation and resource integration,at the same time,the negative effects continuously emerge.So,to explore the formation mechanism of negative effects,to avoid negative effects from the root,and to insure "1+1> 2" positive synergy effect of network,these are of great significance to promote the implementation of the strategy of civil-military integration.This paper bases on the theory of network’s embeddedness,it studies the negative effects of civil-military integration technological innovation network organization.This paper explores the formation mechanism of the negative effects,from the perspective of the whole embeddedness of network,the relational embeddedness and structural embeddedness.First of all, this paper collects huge related literature at home and abroad,summarizes the network embeddedness,civil-military integration technological innovation network and the negative effects of network,that to lay a good foundation for this study;Secondly,according to the existing research theory and the characteristics of civil-military integration technological innovation network,this paper builds the theoretical model;Finally,this paper designs the questionnaire,using the data to study,verifies the theoretical model and drows the conclusion.Through the study,this paper finds that:①It concludes that the external performance of the negative effects of civil-military integration technological innovation network include:locking effect,path dependence effect and cognitive convergence effect;②It is a u-shaped relationship between the network embeddedness and the negative effects of civil-military integration technological innovation network;②This article concludes that the "moderately embedded point" of civil-military integration technological innovation network is moderate lower levels;④In order to avoid negative effects of network organization,this paper puts forward that the network should try to ensure its balanced development between the relationship and structure of members,this can guarantee the civil-military integration technological innovation network to give full play that beyond the individual and market.
