Catering online group buying is a kind of electronic business service model, which is called "Dining 020 Mode".The catering businesses and consumers take Internet as the carrier,according to the principle of quantity greatly liberally,take online ultra low discount but groups of bulk orders, use electronic currency to conduct online transactions and go to the shop to consume offline.The 2016-2021 China Internet catering industry operating model and investment strategy planning analysis report,which released by the China Internet Industry Research Institute,pointed out that catering group buying in China in 2011-2014 volume increased year by year, and the annual growth rate was more than 90%.In 2014, China’s catering group purchase turnover was 44.17 billion yuan, made an increase of 135.20% year-on-year growth, the catering group buying occupied the market share of nearly sixty percent of the group (59.1%) for all the plates in the group-buying category.In the first half of 2015, food and beverage group turnover was 48.34 billion yuan, increased by 190.20% comparing with the same period last year. Catering group buying accounted for the market share of 62.83%.With the development of the Internet catering industry,the regional characteristics of the group is more and more obvious.Cangzhou city as the economic open area set by the state council, and the strong economic city in Hebei province, catering online group buying had long been settled, it had experienced the test of time and made a growing development.In order to make the research more targeted,accurately reflect the status of a regional catering online group buying,this article selected Cangzhou as a study area,and took the residents of Cangzhou municipal district, county-level city or county, sets of villages and towns or rural as the research objects.Through the survey of the respondents’ "basic information", "food service network group purchase case" and "customer satisfaction" three aspects of the investigation,then analyzed the consolidated data with the aid of statistical analysis software SPSS 19.0.We have made clear the popularization and development of the catering online group buying in Cangzhou at present,determined what is the factors that affect the customers’ satisfaction to the group-buying website and restaurant,and the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures were put forward for the existing problems of the catering online group buying in Cangzhou.
