Compensation system is an important part of human resources management, outstandi ng salary system can effectively attract, retain and motivate employees, therefore to mainta in long-term stable development of enterprises, and enhance market competitiveness.With economic development in recent years, many multinational investment corporations have e ntered the Chinese market, mid- small investment enterprises have completed the sharehol ding system reform and expanding gradually, many domestic investment companies are fac ing unprecedented market competition. The talent competition become the most prominent competition, the core of talent strategy is construction of compensation system, but influen ced by the traditional concept, management level and other factors, the salary system of inv estment companies exist a series of problems, which restricts the healthy development of th e investment company.How to develop and effective implementation of the salary system optimization scheme is an important and serious problem in China’s enterprises.This paper based on literature analysis method and investigation analysis research methods to ZXGA investment company compensation system optimization as the object of study, through the investigation of the salary system of ZXGA investment company salary system present situation and the existing problems, and then explore the ZXGA cast endowment the company compensation system optimization design idea and the concrete scheme and inductive company compensation system optimization of security measures to promote the company’s sustainable development. First of all, the introduction part outlines the background and significance of this study, the salary system of domestic and foreign research present situation, research methods and research contents; secondly, the optimization of some relevant theories of salary system, the theories of salary system optimization in meaning and function based on the overview of compensation; third, based on the investigation of the company compensation the system of economic and non economic compensation survey summarizes the status of company salary structure and salary system present situation, at the same time that the current ZXGA investment company salary system has many problems, mainly including science, salary management and enterprise performance management problems such as structure decoupling compensation structure; fourth, the current ZXGA investment company compensation system optimization should be set up; fifth, requires a series of security measures to optimize the salary management system, the need to establish a sound long-term salary system, improve the salary management system of information disclosure, the introduction of broadband salary management mode; finally, put forward the conclusion of this paper, the optimization of the salary system to pay more attention to the salary structure, salary system, salary standard, enforcement of payment of a number of elements of enterprise performance appraisal, management idea of the overall optimization, and establishing the safeguard measures to realize the optimization of the salary system of enterprise salary management level improve; and the future on compensation system optimization research also needs to focus on specific enterprises.
