With the rapid development of the economy and the rapid change of the internal and external environment of enterprises,the traditional salary system is no longer suitable and there are more and more problems.This situation is very prominent in state-owned enterprises.In order to accelerate the change of internal and external environment and conditions,more and more enterprises take the reform of salary system and the design of salary system in line with their actual conditions as one of the key work of enterprise reform,and actively explore and practice the new salary management system,in order to better promote the reform and development of enterprises.Since L financing guarantee company became a state-owned holding company,the company has strictly formulated the compensation management model of state-owned companies.L financing guarantee company has established the basic post wage system on the basis of "three determinations"(formulation,staffing and determination of posts),and set up the gap between posts in a relatively reasonable way,which truly reflects the principle of efficiency first.This to a certain extent,makes state-owned enterprises "Commons" egalitarianism situation eased,but pay for post,the post of the responsibility and so on rank has strict wage levels,wage standard is too rigid,without flexibility,not easy to adjust,and easy to form the atmosphere of seniority,seriously affected the staffs work enthusiasm,also grow up talented people.In order to change the status quo,the company redesigned its compensation system and established a new compensation management model that is scientific,fair and effective and recognized by employees.Based on the concept of compensation,compensation management,pay system and the overseas research results on the basis of a brief,mainly from the Angle of case study,this paper introduces the basic situation L financing guarantee company,compensation management present situation and existing problems,combining the reality of the company,from two dimensions of job evaluation,performance management has devised a new salary management system,broadband salary management system,and put into practice,and help enterprises to improve employee satisfaction,promoting its rapid and healthy development.
