| The continuous development of agricultural science and technology is conducive to the utilization of resources and the improvement of productive efficiency. It is the main factor to support the agricultural industrial structure. The input level of agricultural science and technology funds can reflect the degree of development of agricultural science and technology. It also can increase investment in agricultural science. Technology funds is an important guarantee to promote the optimization of agricultural structure in China. At present,the investment in agricultural science and technology funds is increasing day by day. The research on the investment of science and technology funds will help people to make agricultural production effectively, and promote the optimization of industrial structure.In this paper, the development of agricultural science and technology funds and the development of agricultural industry structure are described. Based on the relevant theoretical basis, the paper analyzes the agricultural science and technology investment to promote the development of agricultural industry structure. VAR model was constructed based on the time series data in 1989-2014.Use the impulse response analysis and variance decomposition analyze agricultural science and technology funds investment impact on farming, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery. The conclusion is: along with the our country agriculture science and technology funds continue to increase, technology of farming, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery GDP growth showing a significant role in promoting. Therefore, the development of agriculture must drive the rapid development of agriculture through the vigorous investment of science and technology. Finally it realize the optimization and upgrading of the agricultural industry structure. |
