This paper integrates the existent surveys and policies and laws of China, defines the connotation and denotation of the financial funding in agricultural science and technology clearly, analyzes the concept, characteristics and the main types of the financial supervision in agricultural science and technology.The paper analyzes the current regulatory status, the questions and explore the cause of agricultural science financial funds in Yuanjiang City, and it uses examples to analyze and demonstrate, and put forward the strategies and suggestions in improving the agricultural science financial supervision. Only in this way can we use agricultural science financial funding more efficiently, and as a result build a modernized agriculture in our country.
