The feedback from staff is very important to modern enterprise management, especially in the team which oriented corporate culture atmosphere. Employee self needs to occupy the leading position. Views and opinions from the staff of the organization arouse more and more appreciate by management. There are also a lot of research shows that, behavioral theories of leadership will make a significant impact on employee voice.At present, the rise of the discussion in career development theory guides our study of employee voice from another point of view. This is because the organization is in a dynamic changing environment. Individuals may also be silent due to the complexity of human relations and their security. The reason for this situation is worth pondering. I wonder if we can find antecedent conditions to explain how to impact on employees’voice behavior.It is the starting point of this study.Super and Savickas proposed the concept of career adaptability. It refers to the individual’s ability to cope with the dynamic changes of the occupational environment, the complex of human relations, the threat of security and the impact of the corresponding work. This study will be based on the career adaptability. We will explore its impact on employees’ voice behavior from the employees’ own point of view. The empirical analysis of data is from 30 high-tech enterprises’ nearly 400 employees in Anhui and Jiangsu. Then use SPSS to analyze the data and draw the following conclusions:Career adaptability has a positive effect on employees’ voice behavior; There is a significant positive relationship between the career adaptability and the psychological safety; The psychological safety has a positive effect on employees’ voice behavior; The psychological safety can make an impact as fully intermediary variable between the career adaptability and the employees’ voice behavior.The main points of innovation about this research are as follows:The first is that the former research mostly focus on employees’ voice behavior from the leadership perspective such as leadership theory. In this paper, we choose the angle of the employees’ own occupation perspective rather than the leadership level, making up for the lack of research in this field to some extent. The second is to use the character of high-tech enterprise which is influenced by the environment and pay no attention to the need of the human being. We analyse the data of nearly 400 copies and profoundly reveal the logical relationship among career adaptability, psychological safety and employees’voice behavior to ensure the accuracy of the study. The third is that there is a relationship between the career adaptability and the psychological safety. It not only confirms the relationship between career adaptability and psychological safety, but also expands and deepens the study of antecedent conditions about psychological safety.
