Based on the "Digital Earth" turn to the"Smart earth" in the context of transformation, the construction of" Smart Scenic Area" will developin China in the future. In 2010, Jiuzhaigou undertake the 863 projects’based on spatiotemporal separation management mode of RFID technology in the application research of the natural ecological protection zone and the ruins of the earthquake’it puts forward the concept of smart scenic area, based on smart, innovative ideas, build scenic spot of information exchange and cooperation platform, jointly explore the Chinese scenic informatization to promote management, and solve the problems faced in the operation of ecological environment monitoring and tourism development.This paper studies the construction of to explore the smart of the era of smart scenic area construction ideas, to select the current outstanding problems, to provide the corresponding solution ideas and solutions. The construction of " Smart Scenic " is a complicated system engineering, which needs to be integrated with modern information technology and Internet of things, and also need to integrate information technology with scientific management theory. As China’s smart scenic area construction has just started, it has many problems such as:a blind construct ionand redundant construction of the smart scenic area; extensive management and low level in service. How to study the construction of smart scenic area according to the characteristics of scenic spots? This paper explores a new way and a new model to adapt to the rapid development of the Internet era.In this paper, an smart scenic area evaluation model and the five level evaluation systems are designed, which is based on the preliminary study of the smart of the construction of scenic areas and the study of the smart of scenic construction standards. Smart scenic evaluation model to determine overall assessment scheme and the evaluation index system according to the appraisal model, by giving different weights algorithm, according to the smart of the area of specific assessment and the assessment smart scenic results for five levels, which provides references for the industry department in charge assessment. This paper takes the smart of the area evaluation index system as the main line and analyzes and researches the Yunlu mountain smart scenic area construction problem by go through the evaluation of it. Finally proposed Yunlu mountain smart scenic area countermeasures. Through the Yunlu mountain smart scenic area scenic construction present situation of detailed analysis, with the method of SWOT analysis of the scenic spots of the advantages and disadvantages, for the area lack of clear smart scenic construction planning ideas, wireless network coverage, and information system is not perfect and smart of scenic construction lack of innovation and smart scenic capital and technical reserves such problems one by one to. According to the smart of the scenic assessment index system, this paper tries to find the weak links, points out that the key construction projects, and puts forward the Countermeasures of Yunlu mountain smart scenic area construction. The research for scenic Yunlu mountain smart scenic area of management services and network marketing service provides programs and strategies for scenic spots based on the informatization means, which improves the external visibility of recommendations and the scientific management level of scenic spots to promote the health of sustainable development in ecological tourist attractions.
