The Environmental Bearing Capacity Of The NanNing QingXiuShan Scenic Area Ecotourism

With the development of society, economy and culture, great changes have taken placed to the residents'consumption concept. Eco-tourism has developed rapidly in the past few years and has become a very important trend in the development of tourism. With the arising of tourism industry, a lot of tourism destinations bear over load pressure. It brings many negative influences to continuous development for tourism, such as destruction of ecological environment, damage of tourist facilities and old buildings etc. How to coordinate the relationship between the traditional tourism and the natural environment in the development of ecotourism, how to keep the harmony between human activities and the natural environment and how to continuously use of tourism resources together with the sustainable tourism have received increasing attention from the academic field of ecology and environment protection.Based on the theory of TEBC and the application technology, the dissertation has made a through survey study, choosing NanNing QingXiuShan scenic area as a study, and has met with fruitful success. To some extent, the study has enriched the research in this field.The article has distributed to some parts as follows:(1)Opinion of eco-tourism and TEBC has been obtained based on the theory of ecology, environmental science and economics and the survey of previous research through study of present situation at home and abroad.(2) According to the summary of the previous-published research method about tourism environmental bearing capacity, index system has been applied to evaluate the TEBC of NanNing QingXiuShan scenic area. A whole index system requires at least 26 indexes derived from four aspects, i.e. environmental condition, economic environment, social environment and tourism management(3) The TEBC was produced through combining with the general condition of NanNing QingXiuShan scenic area and taking advantage of analytic hierarchy process to sort the normalized index by their importance and ultimately. The synthetic evaluation of natural environment bearing capacity is 0.7316, and bearing condition is good. The synthetic evaluation of economical environment and social environment bearing capacity are 0.5965 and 0.5424, and bearing conditions are both commonplace. The synthetic evaluation of tourism management bearing capacity is 0.8000, and bearing condition is ideal. The synthetic evaluation of the whole scenic area is 0.6591, and the whole condition of eco-tourism environmental bearing capacity is good.(4) By analyzing single index, we conclude that the land resources space capacity, the forest cover rate, management system and measures, transportation capacity, air quality and cultural custom have contributed a lot to eco-tourism environmental bearing capacity. However, water quality standards, water and electricity supply capacity, water cleanliness, water resources capacity and landscape aesthetic feeling are restrictive factors to the development of NanNing QingXiuShan scenic area.Empirical analysis showed that the evaluation theory and method of eco-tourism environmental bearing capacity in this area are feasible in practice. Through this research, the bearing capacity of NanNing QingXiuShan scenic area was ascertained, which also helped to supply the important basis for the reform and construction in this area.
