Research About The Satisfaction Of Land-lost Farmers’ Resettlement Under New Pattern Urbanization In Zhungeer Region

The new pattern of urbanization is the inevitable choice of social development. Along with the advancement of urbanization, the number of land-lost farmers continued to increase, and they hovered on the edge of society. Though our government has taken corresponding measures such as monetary compensation and resettlement, but there are questions that are still in need of research, such as what changes losing land may have brought into these farmers’ lives and their ways of employment, whether they are satisfied about their present life status, or the work of the government in the process of land expropriation, or the current settlement measures, and questions about what may be the factors that affect the degree of their satisfaction and what their resettlement intentions are, to name but a few. To solve these problems on concrete analysis, summarize the defects of current compensation system, and to point out the imperfections of employment services, as well as the ignorance of the wills of land-lost farmers.Based on researches of theories related to new pattern urbanization, land-lost farmers, resettlement of land-lost farmers and their satisfaction, combined with relevant knowledge such as economics, sociology, psychology, this thesis will analysis these farmers’ cognitive process. Selecting representative land-lost farmers in ZhunGeer Region as a sample, through household visitings, field surveies and depth interviews, this thesis will try to understand the actual implementation and land-lost farmers outside of the system and relevant regulations. This thesis has employed SPSS statistical software to measure the feasible degree of the content of the questionnaire and make descriptive statistical analysis, which provides intuitive and quick understanding of the landless farmers’ willingness to resettlement, resettlement compensation satisfaction evaluation. By listening to the demands of land-lost farmers and their recommendations, learning about their perception of satisfaction in the process of land expropriation, this thesis points out the limitations and shortcomings exist in the current land-lost farmers resettlement, and to verify and improve the literatures and documents that have formed this point of view. By analyzing the factors that influence the land-lost farmers resettlement combined with the current situation of construction in ZhunGeer Region, this thesis will help forming an overall strategy and concrete measures towards land-lost farmers under the New Patter Urbanization in ZhunGeer Region.
