Research On Land-lost Farmers’ Satisfaction About Land Expropriation In The Urbanization Process

Urbanization is the only way for a country to realize industrialization and modernization, is a process of population and capital recombination and agglomeration.It is a historical process of hundreds of millions of farmers turn from peasant identity into the citizenship.So, in the process of urbanization, the emergence of land-lost farmers is an inevitable result.In 2015, our country’s urbanization rate has reached 56.1%, with the advancement of China’s urbanization process, urban existing land area cannot satisfy the needs of the development of urbanization, it is inevitably lead to the behavior of the collection of rural collective land.Therefore, produce a large number of land-lost farmers.In recent years, triggered by land expropriation of land-lost farmers and land conflicts intensified, even appeared some mass.Land-lost farmers is different from rural villagers also differs from that of urban citizens, they face the survival of land expropriation, lack of professional labor skills, again obtain employment is very difficult, and the lack of certain social security, such as the severe reality.Along with the transition of the our country government function from administration to service, the satisfaction of the public is becoming more and more attended by the government departments.The land-lost farmers as the main body in the process of urbanization, the research will be of land-lost farmers satisfaction into the government performance evaluation system of urbanization, is an inevitable trend in the future of government performance evaluation.In this article, through reference to the classic customer satisfaction index model, adopt the method of structural equation model, and on the basis of a lot of reading literature and in-depth research, land-lost farmers’ satisfaction hypothesis model is established.The model contains farmers expectations, fairness perception, quality awareness, four latent variables such as farmers’ satisfaction, and 16 observed variables.The designing of the questionnaire follows the simple, clear purpose, logical, easy to the principles of statistical analysis, adopt the likert 5 scale.Select the jinan eight area as sample survey, formal investigation on the collected test reliability and validity of the questionnaire data, results show that the questionnaire data quality is good.The final model inspection, including the confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis, has carried on the correction to model according to the results of the analysis.Test analysis of the model results show that the quality of awareness is one of the biggest impact on the land-lost farmers’ satisfaction variables, the influence coefficient is 0.70.Secondly, farmers’ expectations for the land-lost farmers satisfaction does not produce direct impact, by quality perception of indirect influence on its 0.58, (UN) fairness perceptions of the influence of the land-lost farmers’ satisfaction was the weakest, the sum of the direct and indirect effects of 0.41.Finally, according to the results of the model, measures to promote the urbanization process of land-lost farmers’ satisfaction are put forward.
