With the development of automobile industry,the number of cars is becoming more and more popular in our daily life,it will inevitably lead to an increase in the number of end-of-life vehicles,if these end-of-life vehicles can not be properly recycled,It may have huge impact on the environment and resources.On the one hand,the recycling and remanufacturing of end-of-life vehicles can make the materials recycle and increase the resource efficiency;on the other hand,it can reduce the environmental pollution and increase the environmental benefits.Therefore,from the point of view of system engineering,taking the recycling and remanufacturing process as the research object,this paper analyzed the relationship between the internal factors of the system,then established the system dynamics model of the resource and environmental benefits of recycling and remanufacturing of end-of-life vehicles,finally analyzed the impact of recovery on resource efficiency and environmental benefits with qualitative and quantitative analysis.This is of great significance to help the government and enterprises to view the internal changes of recycling and remanufacturing system with dynamic thinking.The contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Established an interpretative structural model of the recycling rate.Comprehensively review the literature on the recycling and remanufacturing of scrapped vehicles at domestic and abroad,we find out all the factors that affecting the recycling rate,organize them and construct an adjacency matrix,divide them between levels,and then establish an interpretative structural model of the recycling rate.The results are analyzed by analytic hierarchy process and finally the rationality of the model is analyzed.(2)Based on the interpretative structural model of recycling rate,this paper constructed a resource benefit system dynamics model for recycling and remanufacturing of end-of-life vehicles.From the perspective of the system,we identifed the causal relationships among various factors in the system of recycling and remanufacturing resources,and established a system inventory flow chart,then analyzed the process of resource efficiency systems through system simulation.It also give some suggestions for enterprise recycling and remanufacturing.(3)Based on the interpretative structural model of recycling rate,this paper established a environmental benefits system dynamics model for the recovery and remanufacturing of end-of-life vehicles.Taking gas pollutant emissions,solid pollutant emissions and liquid emissions discharge as environmental benefit index,this paper analyzed the influence of the change of recycling rate on environmental benefit,and gave some suggestions to the government on recycling and remanufacturing.
