Along with the economic system reform of socio-economic context, the function of private enterprises are becoming more and more important in the socialist market economy system. In other words, more and more private enterprises are involved in the construction of socialism and a lot of private enterprises are growing rapidly in recent years. However, owing to the lack of management consciousness and the defects of the private enterprises, the human resource management has become the insurmountable obstacle to the private enterprises and its further development. Therefore, it is an important issue for the private enterprises to find out the solutions to improve and strength their human resource management, establish scientific and perfect human resource management systems, a complete performance appraisal system, a perfect talent training mechanism and effectively improve the core competitiveness. In the newly——built private enterprises, there is not enough for the knowledge of the human resource management, which is related with the size of the enterprises. Because of relatively small of the size of their own enterprises, the human resource management is relatively simple and not perfect. Although there are many sectors in the Internal enterprises and there is lacking in an overall planning and reasonable management strategy so in the enterprises,even they may not expose more problems in the early days,with the development of enterprises, the problems of human resource management will become more and more prominent. What is more, the original management model will also be unable to adapt to the present size of the enterprises.Thus, it is urgent need to establish a set of perfect human resource management modes.Firstly, this paper begins With the development of related theories, providing valuable reference for the future development of related enterprises. Secondly, this paper makes a discussion on the theory of human resource management and the necessity of strengthening human resource management in the private enterprises. At last, this paper makes a detailed study and discussion on the human resources management, such as human resource planning, salary setting, staff recruitment and training, etc. Then, combining theory with practice, this paper tried to provide related solutions, which is conducive to working out scientific development of human resource strategy, personnel recruitment and training systems, creating a cohesive corporate culture, etc.
