Today, in the beginning of the 21st century, China's economy has formed into the situation of state-owned enterprises, three types of foreign-funded enterprises and private enterprises, the private enterprises ocuppy increasingly important position in the national economy of China. Howerver, private business are at the disadvantages in the financial and other relevant resources comparing state-owned enterprises or other three-capital enterprises.Therefore,impoving human resources management has become key breakthrough for the development of the private enterprises. Especially we are in knowledge times, the competition among the enterprises lies in the competition of the human resources. The problems in human resources management hold back the development of the private enterprises. If the private enterprises want to be the winner of the fieice competition and enlarge their scale, they should realize that human resources are the most important resource of the enterprise, and they should constantly learn from practice, pay much attention to the research of the human resources management theories and adopt effective measures according to the resent situation of our private enterprises in order to improve the human resources management level in the private enterprises. There are four parts in this paper, as follows.Firstly, it sets force the general theory of the managemant of the human resources for private enterprises, including the meaning of the human resources and the human resources managemant. Then it emphasizes the necessity of strengthening the management of the human resource for private enterprises by demonstrating the status in its development, which provides the theoretical evidence for it. Secondly, it sets forth the emergement and development of the private enterprises and the speciality of the human resources, defines the meaning of the private enterprises. Then it demonstrates the speciality of the human resources of the private enterprises including the problems and the advantages. Thirdly, it concludes the main problem in the human resources of the private enterprises by analysing the situation of the the human resources in private enterprises,and explores the reasons for these problems laying the foundation for further reflection response. At last, closely linked to the problems of Chinese private enterprises,it proposes specific measures and suggestions on purpose as follows:to build a sophisticated modern human resources management concepts, to play down the family system management, to improve human resources management system, to create good enterprise culture and so on. It provides a lot of scientifically important decision-making evidences for private enterprises to boost human resource management.The private enterprises must construct human resources management system and improve human resource management competition continuously. Only by so doing, can the core competitiveness of the private enterprise be nurtured, and achieve the development of the private enterprises rapidly, stably and healthily.
