The marketing department, operation and maintenance department, customer service centers and other functional departments is fighting for each other, the related operation data and information of the grid can not be shared, resulting the different communication functions and business units are lack of coordination, many business are difficult to carry out. As the data statistics further deepened and the urgent need for harmonization of business communication and working mechanism, the marketing distribution synchronism work has been received attention.
