Electric power industry is the basic industry for country economy development and important social public utility. It acts as important support function in the course of socialism and harmonious society construction. With the implementation of Chinese electric power system innovation, electricity generation has been divided from power supply, the main part of electric power and investment are going to be multi-direction. Electric power market and competition pattern are coming into being. Government, society and client have a higher requirement of electric power distribution corporation than ever before.How to carry through effective electric power management and distribution and insure fast, healthy development of corporation is an important task. In this paper, current electric power management and distribution actuality is analyzed, then some problems such as power quality, distribution channel, power supply service and so on which exist in power supply corporation are put forward. This paper starts with the understanding and holding basic characteristics of electric power management and distribution, in virtue of abundant data information, utilize"SWOT"method to analyze deeply about current electric power management and distribution market, fractionize and analyze object market, forecast electric power requirement of Rizhao during the eleventh"five years project"even up to 2020 years, the aim is to establish object market status for electric power management and distribution.According to established object market, the principle and aim of formulating electric power management and distribution strategy are pinpointed and can be implemented from market deploitation, advancing management, trademark image and so on. Consanguineous relationship of service and management and distribution in power supply corporation are specially expatiated. The important function of service in acceleration corporation development is emphasized. Practice in Rizhao Power Supply Corporation is taken as example to explain practical meanings of constructing power supply service culture and implementing service sales promotion.The implementation of management and distribution strategy must stat with strengthening organization, paying close attention to measure implementing and so on.
