In the latest "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" planning report, it made clear that we should further increase the investment of power grid construction, and actively promote the reform of electric power enterprises, insisted on the ultra-high voltage intelligent power grid construction, and it will build UHV power transmission projects and big strong smart grid into the state’s comprehensive development strategy, so it will lead more broad space for the related electrical manufacturing enterprises.The National grid monopoly condition in our country decide the particularity in making decision about product positioning and market expansion of power products manufacturing enterprises. This article selects the UHV and smart grid Beijing N company products manufacturing enterprises, guided by the strategic management related theory, through the analysis of the development trend of high pressure and smart grid of "Much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" planning, respectively using PEST macro analysis model and Michael porter five competitive model, made a detailed analysis of Beijing N companies in the external development environment, industry environment, and internal operating conditions. Under the background of the state increased investment in infrastructure, this paper thinks that the electric power construction market certainly will drive the rapid development. At the same time, our country put forward the higher request of the national grid security and stability, as the UHV and smart grid products manufacturing enterprise, Beijing N company also usher the leapfrog development opportunities, which has a certain timeliness for the company development.
