Research On Development Strategy Of Yiwu Distribution Network Based On Smart Grid And Equalization Of Energy Service

Currently, on a global scale, the smart grid development is just beginning. At the same time, China is developing into a consumer society, the growing demand for energy supply and service equalization requirements improve accordingly. In this context, as a traditional capital-intensive, technology-intensive and network-based energy industry, especially as a grass-roots level power supply company, the very worthwhile careful thought and important research topic is how to face the opportunities and challenges, and how better to better implement technology upgrades, system reform and enterprise development.In our country, county distribution network directly face the end users,which is important and the most close infrastructure for the masses of people’s production and life. County traditional distribution network can achieve the intelligent transformation process is directly related to the process of the overall smart grid construction. The requirement of basic energy service equalization is closely related to the economic significance and social value of distribution networks.This paper takes the distribution network of Yiwu, a county-level city, for example. It uses relevant theories on strategic management and SWOT analysis model to research and analyze the development strategy choice of Yiwu’s distribution network under the influence of smart grid and energy service equalization.Firstly, it carries out systematic analysis of the internal and external situation of the development history and current situation of Yiwu’s distribution network, elaborates the push factors of its evolution, and summarize the main problems and risks existing in its distribution network. Secondly, it combines the changing trend of Yiwu’s electricity market, the development of smart grid technology and the policy requirement of energy services equalization, to identify the development requirement of Yiwu’s distribution network in the new age on the basis of analyzing the appropriate historic electricity-consumption information. Then, it starts from the basic idea, key direction and specific content to make overall strategy, which includes target selection and management control of various links, and to summarize the possible strategic adjustments. At last, it puts forward multidimensional suggestions from organizational security, policy support, money supply, technical support, feedback and other aspects of strategy implementation, and conducts self-assessments, so as to improve significance and decision-making reference value of this paper.
