A Study On The Development Of The Smart Grid In Regional Clectricity Market

Power industry is the basic industry of national economy, plays an important role and carries the economic, political and social responsibility. Along with the development of social economy, the requirement of the whole society on the electric power industry becomes increasingly high. At the same time the pressure of power market reform gets more serious.The major social pressure comes from "the power barren" in recent years and the voice calling for the power system reform. The construction of the smart grid will solve the imbalance of the distribution of the energy resource and the development of productivity and decides the ways of power system reform, fundamentally changing the traditional power development patterns such as the excessive rely on transporting coal and regional locally balance. The construction of strong smart grid within extensive energy optimizing disposition can guarantee the energy sustainable development, satisfy the development of economy and society,promote energy-saving, emission-reducing and low-carbon economy, improve the harmonious development of all-levels power grid and strive to realize the promotion from the traditional grid to efficient, economic clean, interactive modern power grid, providing with a strong support for the better and faster development for economy and society. The power-supply enterprise, as an important part in electricity market, how to respond the more serious economic and social pressure and find the future trend for supply market, is a problem deserving more attention.This study, adopting SWOT and investment-estimate theory, analyses the influence of inside and outside environment on the construction of smart grid in Jining electricity market. From sevens researching points, it analyses opportunity, impetus, base, condition, inside and outside threat,for the construction of regional smart grid.This paper also discusses on the future target and programme and estimates the investment and result in detail. Looking ahead the future trend for the development, it offers some problems that need further research.
