Research On The Investment Strategy Of Power Grid Enterprises In Brazil Based On The Theory Of Enterprise Strategic Choice

Recently,the central govenment has issued several vital documents which encourage Chinese grid enterprises to "go abroad in group",state grid enterprises implemented the strategy of "go out" and has obtained great achievements in Soufh America, Astralia, Europea and became one of the leader of "go abroad in group" enterprises.Brazilhas the biggest economy among Latin American countries.It is worth reseaching in-depth for its typical politics-economy circumstances and the development level of electricity market in Latin American erea,Brazilis well considered to be a stepping-stone to exploreworld electricity market.However,since 2014,the gradual recession has caused many problems such as falling rata between real and USD,junk credit rank.furthermore,corruption,inefficiency of Brazil government has lead toa inefficicent exploitation and operation for Chinese grid enterprises.The thesis entirely analyse Brazil politics,economy,social culture,current situation of scientific tecnology by macroscopical enviroment view and analyse the model of electricity regulation of Brazil,electricity market structure,other current situation of power industry by middle enviroment view.This paper also emphase on the situation of asset operation and new project of greenland in Brazil.the thesis based on PEST theory EFE matrices and IFE matrices analysis,which focusedon Brazil investment enviroment,electricitymarket structure,organization model of electricity regulators,the current situation of investment and operation of Chinese grid enterprises in Brazil and so on.In face of Brazil political and economic circumstances,discussing on Chinese grid enterprises, which combine with self-advantage andbased on the current projects in Brazil,to operate the asset stably and efficiently,to adjust the investment operation strategy timely with latest situation,to further optimize the present asset supervision model,to seach for new investment direction and chance of Brazil electricity market. To strengthen the risk defence and resistance.to clear the next strategy aims and development direction,to achieve the intensive cultivation of Brazil electricity market.In the end,the thesis analyse and summarize the management and operation mode of Chinese grid enterprises in Brazil from several aspects of financing,human resource,cooperate culture,marketing,scientific tecnology.It suggest Chinese grid enterprises to sufficiently use self-advantage and strengthen cooperation with local electricity enterprises in order to form parallel investment strategy with joint venture mode and independent operation mode.
