Research On Songzi Farmers’ Specialized Cooperative Development

Farmers’ specialized cooperative is the new agricultural management system emerging as the times require with China’s socialism modern construction. In recent years, under the socialist market economy system, farmers’ specialized cooperative develops rapidly. The significant topic to discuss is how to change traditional and single quantity growth mode to establish synchronous growth of quality and quantity, as well as how to enable farmers’ specialized cooperative to focus on construction of multiple aspects and more specific construction instead of only focusing on construction of one aspect to improve the internal and external boost power of farmers’ specialized cooperative so that the farmers’ specialized cooperative is able to develop further.Based on relevant laws, regulations, and systems of farmers’specialized cooperative and through field research, this survey research deeply analyzes the development status of Songzi farmers’specialized cooperative, summarizes the basic situation, development status and main practices of Songzi farmers’ specialized cooperative. On this basis, the existing problems and influencing factors of Songzi farmers’ specialized cooperative’s development are analyzed and specific cases are listed. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions for Songzi farmers’ specialized cooperative’s development are proposed.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is introduction, which mainly introduces the background of selected topic, background and significance of the research and relevant literature review of research contents.The second chapter is relevant theoretical analysis of farmers’ specialized cooperative, which mainly analyzes the related concepts of farmers’ specialized cooperative, principles of China’s farmers’ specialized cooperative and the difference between farmers’ specialized cooperative and other rural organizations.The third chapter is the current status analysis of Songzi famers’ specialized cooperative, which mainly presents the general situation and development status of Songzi farmers’specialized cooperative as well as the main problems of farmers’ specialized cooperative’s development and the causes of the existing problems.The fourth chapter is the case study of Songzi Huilong Pig Specialized Cooperative, which describes the basic situation, operation means and actual performance, main contribution as well as functions of this cooperative.The fifth chapter proposes the countermeasures and suggestions for Songzi farmers’specialized cooperative’s development. On the basic principles of adhering to and grasping the development of farmers’specialized cooperative, development suggestions on eight aspects are proposed:encouraging to develop various farmers’ specialized cooperative; improving the development level of farmers’specialized cooperative; increasing the degree of financial support; enhancing financial credit input; establishing risk compensation mechanism of agriculture-related loans; greatly promoting brand development; accelerating team construction of farmers’specialized cooperative organizations and creating friendly public opinion environment.
