On Farmers’ Specialized Cooperatives In Our Country

Farmers’ specialized cooperatives in our country is the mutual economicorganizations of voluntary association and the democratic management，which onthe basis of the rural household contract management, similar agricultural productoperator or the service providers，users of similar agricultural production andoperation．With the degree deepening of agricultural technicalization and the ruraleconomy market， agricultural industrialization is increasingly obvious in ourcountry. It has become more and more urgent requirements toestablish and developthe farmers’ specialized cooperatives，improve the degree of farmers organization，in order to overcome the limitations of small-scale agriculture, increase farmersability to resist the market risk and to promote the development of the ruralcollective economic．At the same time，the farmers’ specialized cooperatives are theimportant channels of communication between the government and farmers，and theeffective carriers which government carries out the macroeconomic regulation andcontrol and guidance on agriculture．Therefore, it is great significance to establishfarmers’ specialized cooperatives for promoting the industrialized operation ofagriculture，expanding the channels of increasing farmers’ income，promoting thehealthy，stable and sustainable development of rural economy，and building a newsocialist countryside．Xihua county is a big traditional agricultural county located in the centralplains，farmers’ specialized cooperatives have a certain degree of development．Thisarticle is trying to put forward the countermeasures for the problems onestablishment and development of the current farmers’ specialized cooperatives.
