Research On Public Service Enterprises’ Power Demand Of Jinzhong

The level of public service enterprises is an important index to evaluate the degree of economic and social development of the cities, and the power consumption of the public service enterprises in the city is a significant part of the total power consumption in the cities. On account of the features of the public service enterprises that high investment, long payback period and the free service, it is different from other enterprises, just as its power requirement. Public service enterprises covers the securities of environmental health,residents living, culture and entertainment and city image. All of that road lighting,parks and urban entertainment venues, refuse processing plant, sewage treatment plant, tap water treatment and water facilities be taking in are the companies which has high power consumption. Because of the vital of the electric utility in the development of the modern city, if it want to has a continuous development, guaranteed power supply is an significance factor. With the research on the development of the public service enterprises and the actualities of the power consumption, based upon the grasp of the data statistics to has a clearer acquaintance in the power consumption,which can be the foundation for the power consumption of the public service enterprises, then predict the development of the public service and power consumption,raise the power efficiency of the public service.This article has detailedly conducted the study for the Jin zhong power-supply enterprise, public service and power consumption, further predicting the development of the Jin zhong public service and the power consumption. By the research on the Jinzhong GDP and relation between targets of companies and power consumption. The studying were focused on the power consumption of road lighting, parks and urban entertainment venues, refuse processing plant, sewage treatment plant, tap water treatment and water facilities.The research show that Jinzhong GDP has been going up from 2005 to 2014, which is similar to Jinzhong social total power consumption, that has been risen with an index relationship, electricity demand has less changed from 2005 to 2009 and fluctuated slightly, then it has less fluctuation from 2010 to 2014.Classification of Jinzhong city public utilities on the analysis shows that the power consumption of Jinzhong-parks has a serrated rising trend of fluctuations. Urban lighting electricity consumption increased year by year during last 10 years, and the same to the waste plant power consumption. Power-consumption of the sewage treatment plant has a smaller growth trend. Social-total-power-consumption is similar to the GDP growth trend, and the power consumption of public service has a linear relationship with the increase years by degrees.This passage chooses the relationship between Jinzhong electric utility and the power consumption of public service for the research, and the result of this research can be applied in those medium-sized cities which has similar conditions.
