Domestic environment problem is increasingly serious in recent years, represented by haze country attaches great importance to environmental problem, which also caused the domestic mass movement of energy-saving and emission reduction.Coal-fired power plant as a large of energy production and consumption, the energy consumption of the traditional production mode, internal friction is relatively serious, profitability decline year by year.To solve this problem, the domestic most power plants respond to a nation called on energy saving renovation work began.Such contract energy management mode of the most widely used in engineering, production unit to take full advantage of energy saving service companies in the field of energy saving reconstruction technique and experience advantage can realize the optimization of energy saving service transformation.And this kind of project for energy saving service companies have greater risk, together with the contract energy management mode in domestic practice still short, experience in risk management and benefit distribution is insufficient, so energy conservation service company relatively high risks in such projects.So this article puts forward the research of project risk management for the modification of the EPC mode power, hope to put forward a set of feasible risk identification and management system, with reference for such enterprises.In the process of research, this paper summarizes the concept and characteristics of EPC management theory, the main types and patterns of energy-saving renovation project in thermal power plants are analyzed, and to summarize the EPC mode risk types and performance of the renovation project in power plants;Based on the above analysis, the article puts forward the way of EPC project risk classification, risk identification method comparison is put forward to stage is used to identify the risk classification scheme, considering the characteristics of gray system, the article used the analytic hierarchy process to design the EPC project risk assessment and recognition system;The result of the combined with periodic risk classification, this paper puts forward the response to different types of risks in different stages of the management way, the proposal method, is used as the similar application reference;Final!y also with HN power plant phase ii energy-saving renovation project as an example, the design of the EPC project risk assessment for this article and recognition system, risk management application has carried on the case analysis, finally successfully identified nine categories of important risk existing in the project, and puts forward the corresponding management advice.Obtained by overall analysis, this paper based on periodic risk classification and analytic hierarchy process (ahp) of EPC mode renovation project risk identification system, common kind of research can be applied, have a certain theoretical value;At the same time this paper also proposed the risk management of EPC mode periodic risk classification coping Suggestions, advice content is relatively comprehensive, after completion of the risk identification and reference, can be directly used in the construction of a risk management plan for energy conservation service company the same type in terms of the EPC project risk management is of certain reference value, so this research also has certain application value.
