Hengyang City Rural Informatization Construction Problems And Development Countermeasures

Agricultural informatization refers to the process of achieving intelligence and science of agricultural production, management, and agricultural product consumption and marketing, in agricultural production, distribution and consumption and rural economy, society, technology and other aspects, by using modern intelligent tools. Recently, agricultural information technology is becoming a new research focus of great importance in the process of agricultural informatization.By using analysis and empirical analysis methods, this theses analysed the related factors of rural information resources of Hengyang City on the basis of relevant literature researches and agricultural information resources, found that agriculture related departments and enterprises in Hengyang have already done a lot of work in rural information service respectively, while inefficient communication in grass-roots agricultural departments resulted in lacking of unified and efficient integration of various of resources. To solve these problems, this theses proposed that agricultural sectors should be under the guidance of the government, integrate the original functions of these departments in the service for agricuture, rural area and farmers. Through the technical support platform,resources in HunanProvincewill be of effective integration, unified management and appropriate scheduler, and it is expected to realize resources connnection and information shared. Moreover, the theses further cleared that the rural informatization construction is of significance for the construction of new socialist countryside.Then, the theses uesd the quantitative analysis to verify the feasibility of the new, constructive solutionthat proposed above. By using numerical analysis methodand the existing communication platform, establishing a comprehensive rural information service system relied on modern information technologies, the theses illustrated the construction principle in accordance with’science and technology support, resource integration, functional complementation, practical focus’ with the actual data, found the differences in service effectiveness before and after the integration of agriculture informatizational service and science and technology resources in Hengyang, and have a comparative analysis in agricultural informatization related data of reference group in Chibi, Hubei Province, which provides specific empiracal reference data for the improvement of scientific management of agricultural producers, managers, and policymakers.Agricultural informatization construction is an important symbol of modern agriculture. To comprehensively increase the overall income of farmers in Hengyang, and truly accelerate the process and the development of agricultural informatization, a perfect, efficient and unified agricultural information management platform must be established.
