Research On The Development Problem Of The Chinese Agricultural Information Service System

The agricultural information service system is part of the synthesize information service system, we need to establish a modern agricultural information service system which include the collect, process and transmit applicant of the message, to serve the producer, manager and decider in agriculture, and to instruct the process of produce.This article used both quantitative and documents analysis, with the research on the agricultural information service system of the developed countries, analyzed the development problem of the Chinese agricultural information service system from the point of view in government, agricultural collaboration organization, agricultural information enterprises and individual person. At last it offers some advises on how to perfect Chinese agricultural information service.This article composed of four parts. In the first part, the article tells some basic concept about agricultural information service system. In the second part, this article analyzed the development problem of the Chinese agricultural information service system. In the third part, the paper tells about the practice of agricultural service in developed countries on government information service system, accurate agriculture, application of automatic control system, and agricultural collaboration organization. In the last part, this article offers the advice on how to establish the Chinese agricultural information service system.The creative achievements of this article is that with the analysis on the problems of agricultural information service system in China and the experiences of other countries, it advised to build up an agricultural information spread system based on universities.
