Study On The Performance Optimization Of Processing Leading Enterprises In The Agri-product Supply Chain In Heilongjiang

As the main agricultural business entities, agricultural products processing leading enterprises play an increasingly important role in the agricultural products supply chain, its production management and performance level largely determine the operating efficiency of the whole supply chain and other members. The expression about "developing deep processing of agricultural products" and "developing internet agriculture" in 2015 Central document No.1, and "promoting the’Internet plus’to promote the development of 11 key areas" in the guidance of "Internet plus" put forward feasible path for performance optimization of agricultural products processing leading enterprises. It is to speed up the development of deep processing and electronic commerce, increase product added value, and broaden the Internet market. Food safety problem also presents challenges and opportunities for performance optimization of the agricultural product processing leading enterprises, they must rely on scientific and technological progress, extend the industrial chain, provide high-quality and safe products for the market. In this paper, the research on the performance optimization of processing leading enterprises in the agricultural products supply chain in Heilongjiang will be helpful to further improve the theory of performance optimization of agricultural products processing leading enterprises, promote the sustainable development of the leading enterprises in the agricultural products supply chain and the collaborative development of the whole chain, and then promote the development of agriculture and social economy in Heilongjiang.Under the guidance of the theory of supply chain management, stakeholders, and enterprise performance evaluation, the paper takes the performance optimization of the processing leading enterprises in the agricultural products supply chain in Heilongjiang as the breakthrough point. Combined with actual development, analysis shows that the performance of processing enterprises in the agricultural products supply chain is influenced by internal factors such as the scale, assets operation level, the processing degree of products, and external factors such as benefit coupling degree, information exchange level, its contribution to the society. Proceeding from two aspects:the internal factors of enterprises and the supply chain elements, the paper constructs the performance evaluation index system, and makes assessment and analysis of the performance of the leading enterprises in the agricultural products supply chain in Heilongjiang. In terms of internal management countermeasures, from the angle of enterprises, putting forward to playing a scale effect, strengthening science and technology innovation ability, increasing the proportion of deep processing, expanding sales channels, and improving product quality, from the perspective of supply chain, this paper offers to cultivate tight supply chain, improve the distribution of benefits, and perfect operation system. In terms of external policy support, this paper offers to implement support policies, optimize the development environment, improve agricultural e-business platform, and strengthen product quality supervision.
