Case Anlysis Of Enterprise Agricultural Supply Chain Construction

In the late 1990s, as the continuous improvement in China’s agricultural production, processing, distribution and other aspects, agricultural products supply chain management began to attract widespread attention in many large domestic agricultural enterprises. With the accelerating process of globalization, domestic enterprises are facing more fierce competition in the international market.The coordinating and integrating of the relationship from the purchase of raw materials to downstream supplier is also becoming more complex. In the background of increasing operation cost, consumers’ growing demands for food quality and dimming food security situation, the research in agricultural products supply chain management start to development. As the entrepreneurs in this field, people must put their enterprises in an excellent supply chain or built their own chains. This is an effective way to connect producing and processing with the market and consumption, only in this way could they earn continuous profits. On the basis of analyzing China’s agricultural supply chain management status and learning relative enterprises’ experience in the construction of supply chain, this paper studies some building solutions of agricultural products supply chain among several big companies in both domestic and foreign. Then this paper will give some proposals regard to Yurun’s supply chain construction.If my words could provide ideas for domestic agribusiness agricultural supply chain management and construction, it will be my pleasure.As one of China’s most economically developed regions, Jiangsu agriculture’s sustained and healthy development is contributed. According to the information published by Jiangsu Provincial Agricultural Information Network, Jiangsu agricultural and rural economic development continues to maintain a good momentum in 2013, which supports the development of whole province’s economics. As the key agricultural enterprise for both Jiangsu province and China, Yurun plays a leading role in coordinating the advantages of resources throughout the country and has made a contribution not only to the development of their own strength but also to the companies in upstream and downstream supply chain. Besides, Yurun’s development also promotes industrial restriction and improves the economics quality and efficiency for Jiangsu agricultural.Firstly, this paper describes the development status of China’s agricultural supply chain. According to the previous study results, the development of the domestic agricultural supply chain could be divided into traditional and modern agricultural supply chain. Secondly, this paper describes the construction of agricultural supply chain of Yurun status quo and problems. Then this paper analyzed the agricultural enterprises in both domestic and abroad, including COFCO, Cargill and TOPIN Group’s agricultural supply chain. Then, this paper summed up the experience of the above companies and learned the ideas or thoughts that can be used in the construction of Yurun agricultural supply chain. Finally, based on the ideas and thoughts in the case study, this article provided several corresponding countermeasures for the construction of Yurun’s agricultural supply chain.Based on the literature study on domestic and foreign agricultural supply chain construction, this paper learned the development experience from domestic and international big enterprises in this field. At last,this article combined Yurun’s actual development situation and proposed the following five measures in the construction of modern agricultural supply chain:First, develop the intensified industrial chain; Second, build advantage online business platform; Third, establish soft power for the chain; Fourth, build a win-win financial system for the supply chain.
