Research On Development Strategy Of Logistics Industry Of Gansu Province

As the "accelerator" of our national economic development, logistics industry plays a significant role for achieving optimal resource and sustainable development of China’s economy, rationally adjusting the economic structure. At the same time, the rapid development of logistics industry promotes the transformation and fundamental change for economic growth in China. The research on development strategy of logistics industry in Gansu Province will benefit the economic development in the locality.In the process of strategically researching on the logistics industry in Gansu province, this thesis makes comparative analysis for 18 provinces located in the economic belt of "One Belt And One Road" and makes quantitative analysis for the logistics industry in Gansu through adopting comprehensive analysis method combined with a variety of statistical methods. By choosing representative factors in logistics industry, this thesis analyzes the level and status of these 18 provinces and cities through applies SPSS. On the basis of strategically the EFE matrix, IFE matrix and SWOT environment, this thesis proposes matching strategies for the logistics industry in Gansu, namely establishing an important role of Gansu as an integrated logistics service center in the economic belt of "One Belt And One Road".This thesis is divided into three parts:The first part introduces relevant research background, research methods, frameworks and other contents, as well as briefly describes the theoretical knowledge involved with strategic management theory, strategic management and industrial development theory of modern logistics development. The thesis has based on the qualitative analysis; analyze the logistics industry strategic environment. It aims to propose the matching strategy which is consistent with the development of the logistics industry in Gansu Province. Otherwise, analyze economic development orientation in the logistics industry by objectively and quantitatively on "One Belt And One Road" about Gansu. The third part is the suggestions; the per-chapters have analyzed the logistics industry in Gansu Province based on the "One Belt And One Road". From two angles appropriate reference for the strategic development of the logistics industry in Gansu Province of the thinking and decisions.
