Therefore, this article will take Jinyang Town Wuwei City as an example, analysis of the results of the process of the Jinyang town acquired and the problems encountered, and according to the theory of urbanization, propose appropriate measures to promote urban and rural junction of towns urbanization provide a reference for the elimination of urban-rural dual system, the integration of urban and rural areas and make due contributions.In this paper, the system on the basis of domestic and foreign carding urbanization construction research results, according to the theory of urbanization construction, combined with the Jinyang Town, the process of urbanization in the actual situation, the outcome of Urbanization Jinyang town acquired overview, Also pointed out that the main problems exist towns Jinyang town are: economic growth mode is single; farmers lack skills training; after urbanization,population resettlement are not in place, poor infrastructure; lack of public services, construction;combined with the process of urbanization in the specific circumstances of the Jinyang town, after a comprehensive analysis, that is due to the urbanization construction in the town of Jinyang started late, weak economic foundation is weak; inadequate government supervision; irrational industrial structure; reform urbanization system is not in place cause its urbanization process there have been many problems to be solved. To this end, combined with urbanization theory with the actual situation in the town of Jinyang, I think we should reform the innovation system body urbanization; economic layout and industrial structure adjustment; greatly improve the overall quality of the villagers; broaden the sources of funding, improve the urban construction system;improve the social security system, improve the urban service functions; encourage township enterprises, solving the employment problem to solve six aspects Jinyang town urbanization problems.
