Exploring Relations Between Employment Of Farmers In Suburban Beijing And Their Income Growth

Farmers’ income and their employment structure is important to the stability and development ofChina’s agricultural, rural areas and the national economy as a whole. It is particularly true for thoseliving in the suburban Beijing, which is a key area in China’s new countryside drive. So it is necessaryto take in-depth investigation and research into this group.The current growth of farmers ’income clearly indicates It is necessary to focus on the current, lookingfor quick short-term measures, but also to focus on long-term. In the long term, sustainable growth offarmers ’income, mainly from the construction of the support mechanism of modern agriculturaldevelopment, technology support farmers’ income, employment of rural surplus labor, Sustainabledevelopment of rural infrastructure, diversification of agricultural inputs and several aspects of theoverall propulsion system innovation in rural areas.In this paper, we selected according to the Beijing suburb of income were high, medium and low levelswere analyzed. so the study chose counties or towns with economic development at three levels, didstatistical analysis on the survey results from the perspective of gender, age and education background,and make comparisons on the determinant factors of these three elements on farmers’ income andemployment structure. according to the analysis of the survey, employment and income for farmers inthe future development of research to explore ways that we think Improve farmers’ own conditions,enhanced urbanization, rural innovation management system, improve the industrialization ofagriculture, the development of rural finance, increasing government support, these methods are animportant means of improving the income of farmers themselves.Through in-depth understanding of the living conditions of farmers and sources of income at this stage,further defined the standard of living of farmers bottlenecks, improve the quality of life of farmerssuburban theoretical basis is the depth of the potential for the development of agricultural resources andnew ways to increase farmers’ income. thus the development of modern agriculture, science technology,advanced equipment and scientific management used in industry, and it has great significance for thecontinuous improvement of farmers’ income.
