Past 20 years, China’s real estate market has yielded a rapid development, but the design and management of real estate projects, there are still blind to shorten design cycles and higher design quality is not many problems; in the government’s macro-control of real estate developers gradually rational investment, real estate the market more competitive, the developer of the project to the rate and turnover demanding faster. In order to achieve this requirement, design and management of real estate projects as an important step in the process control, and more particularly important, so the quality of design management work to a certain extent, determines the success or failure of real estate projects.In this context, this paper design schedule management and quality management are discussed, combined with decomposition analysis, research methods Experience method, combining theory and practice, by over statistics, graphs illustrate, for example the analysis of design the main objective of the management process to conduct a comprehensive analysis and research, while some of the advanced management methods such as value engineering, design, and other limits apply to different aspects of the work of the specific design management at different stages in order to achieve the theory in the management process combined with the actual height.
