Tianjin A Real Estate Project Quality Management Research

With the rapid development of China's economy and society,to speed up the process of urbanization,local real estate projects have started to follow the policy transformation "lease" real estate projects,many real estate projects only the pursuit of speed and efficiency,ignoring the quality,resulting in the failure of the project,suffered heavy losses.The quality of real estate projects is related to the security of the millions of households,affecting the overall situation of economic and social development,so it has become the first work in the real estate management.It runs through the whole real estate project all the time,regardless of the initial project decision stage,or the middle stage of project implementation,or the final stage of project acceptance,project quality is always the most important part of management.Because the quality,we must make great efforts to implement it.This article is to synthesize the current background of the times,take the "quality of real estate projects" as the research direction,and the actual A real estate project as the object of the study,hope to be able to come to the practical production has important significance.This paper has five parts altogether,the first part is to make a general introduction to the research,from the background,significance,method and direction,hoping to summarize the role of the full text,and can make a proper program for the next part;the second part summarizes the quality management of real estate projects.The third part and the fourth part are the main research contents of this article,and the third parts of the A real estate project are summarized,respectively from the status of the company,the status of the project,the particularity of the project and the problems encountered in several aspects,the overall summary of the A real estate project.The fourth part of the A real estate project quality management scheme design and optimization,mainly from the organizational structure,target delivery and acceptance of the project quality management of the project put forward the optimization and upgrading of management suggestions.The fifth part is a summary of the above research.
