Real estate business does not only have a very close relationship with national economy, but also have a great impact on people’s living standard. Real estate is more than a consumption, but rather a investment. Both characteristics make real estate business changes dramatically. During the short period from 2007 to 2013, the market of real estate have experienced many ups and downs. The real estate market in China is going through a historic transformation since the fluctuation of global economy and regulation of real estate policy in China. The competition among dominant real estate companies have become more and more fierce. Thus, it is crucial to analysis the development direction of real estate business, and to profoundly study the structure of establishing a competent and leading company in real estate business.We used one of the leading real estate company in SichuanLcompany as the example to analysis the competition strategy that the business may head for, based on a profound understanding of the internal and external environment. SWOT matrix analysis was used to learn the chances and challenges, the strength and weakness, the role and future plan of the company is facing. This article focuses on following points:I. The theoretical study of competition strategy of real estate business.The relative theories that were mentioned in the article including business strategy and management, BOTE basic competition strategy theory, entrepreneur value chain theory, and the core theories based on resources and competition have been first explained and systematically discussed.II. the internal and external environment that L cooperation is facing.The external environment mainly includes the global environment, business and competition. And a understanding of internal environment is useful to have a full view of the scale, profit, proficiency, productive, human resources and other aspects of the company.Third, L real estate companies competitive strategy analysis and selection. Through internal and external environment SWOT analysis, combined with corporate strategic positioning and long-term development planning, large-scale diversification of existing products, products, systems, and industrial investment in the regional integration of the national development strategy, the basic competitive strategy choice is now there are products cost leadership strategy, new product differentiation strategy.Fourth, L real estate companies to implement the strategy. Mainly through the following strategies to achieve the company’s strategic adjustment: business model to adjust strategy, product structure adjustment strategies to enhance self-sustaining property value strategies, strategies to improve profitability, capital structure adjustment strategy, organizational restructuring strategy, market strategy, decision-making system to adjust the strategy, human resources system adjustment strategy.
