With the development of the economy, the elevator has become the most widely applied i n approximately traffic tools. Combination of requirements engineering with QFD tools such as requirements development model is established, and is systematic ap plication. From the existing products to obtain requirement, listen to custo mer voice: user satisfaction survey, arrange interviews, and the professional team survey.
