With the deepening of Chinese economic reform and speeding of economic development,the elevator industry in China faces dramatic changes.Chinese elevator companies face the challenges and opportunities at the same time under the background of the current.How to seize the opportunity in time,realize the transformation and upgrading,be competition in the market have became the focus of each elevator company.Strategy,undoubtedly,is the key and breakthrough for domestic elevator companies to develop.To make the enterprise can long-term development,more and more enterprises pay more attention to enterprise strategic research.Also discussing in this paper,including the elevator enterprise development strategy,surrounding the GR elevator company,on the basis of the theory of enterprise strategy management,first using PEST analysis model and porter five model from the enterprise facing the two aspects of the external environment and internal environment,the analysis of the impact of the strategic management process of GR company.On this basis,this paper used the SWOT analysis,sorting company in the process of development opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages,and puts forward effect is more significant.in the internal and external environment of influencing factors.Secondly,revolve around GR company strategic choice,on the premise of making enterprise overall strategy for the company’s competitive strategy and functional strategy.Finally,the article spread of GR company strategy implementation measures to explore and discuss how to develop effectively for the implementation of the strategy in the company,play the role of maximization.Through the systematic analysis,the most important task currently of GR co is strengthening company’s power and stabilizing regional market with a high level of cost performance.The company so develop cost-leading strategy and differentiation strategy as a major strategy,and follow the view of blue ocean strategy to find a opportunity to break through the bottleneck now.In addition,GR company also develop supporting functional strategies and related strategies to achieve aims.Connotation is rich meaningful strategic management,through the combination of theory with practice,launches the GR elevator company development strategy research,no matter in theory or in practice are profound.The connotation of the strategic management not only helps to enrich the Chinese situation,but also for GR company in the economic transformation and upgrade of the new normal has a great role in promoting,for the future development of GR company provides a new vision and new direction.
