Study On Quality Management Based On Strategy

Based on various management methodologies and the development condition of domestic enterprise's quality management, this dissertation focused on enterprise quality strategy analysis in order to build its core competence. It was emphasized that the strategy worked out must fit both enterprise's outside and inside environment. Besides, it should not pursue originality and follow foreign styles blindly. The one which suited the present condition and could ascend it to a higher level was thought to be profitable.In this dissertation, quality management was treated as a dynamic, systematic and progressive process. So management work was carried out according to the certain strategic objective in different periods and conditions, in which comparison, system theory and quality data analysis was used.A framework of systematic quality strategy management methodology was established, in which quality management was implemented under the enterprise's strategy framework and the economic value of quality was placed at an important position. Accordingly, the quality culture was developed and organization structure was adjusted to the execution of strategy. The quality strategy was comprised of such steps as objective working out, strategy execution, strategy selection and strategy evaluation.The methodology for quality strategy management proposed in this dissertation would not only provide a framework for enterprise's quality management but also allow the enterprise to make management ideas adapting to the changing conditions so as to keep an ascending state. As a result, the aims of customer satisfaction, stock holder satisfaction, employee satisfaction and society satisfaction could be reached and the objective of'pursue perfection and get outstanding'could be fulfilled.
