| The business plan is the securities assets through the support of the AJ Rental Company that car rental services receivables as a basis for the assets of the developed(Asset-backed Securities ABS) study on the financing of the project, providing investment information for investors clearly the plan through asset securitization financing for the company to raise funds to daily operation;The issue of asset securitization products of AJ company, is a professional Finance Leasing Company, and this study includes four chapters in totally. Firstly, introducing a variety of financing products like stock equity, creditor’s rights, bank loan and entrust. Knowing those different functions through the analysis then make a conclusion is that the asset backed securities is suitable for small or the minority of companies. Secondly, trying explain what is the asset backed securities and its theory that is the foundation on this research. The main character in an asset backed securities is that companies can expect the cash flow in the future that is based on borrowing capital from investors. Thirdly, AJ company is maintaining car leasing service to earn money which is the major income in markets. It is a better match to combine with asset backed securities to lend capitals to solve financial problems in the company. In addition, designing the financial product is the significant in this thesis that is the loading scheme in practice. Introduction to different kinds of factors like financial indicators, transacting structure and income distribution. Finally, this essay studied that focus on risks that analyze both funding program and. as a business plan. Through the sensitivity analysis and risk analysis show that the main affecting factors are included the project risk and legal risk, credit risk and prepayment risk. In extreme situations take the corresponding countermeasure and the test results show that the overall risk is controllable, did not threat the project in the future.In this thesis, it takes AJ company as a financial study, after analyzing a range of financing modules and putting forward the form of securitization to raise funds for the enterprise which is in line with the interests of the company itself. Then the AJ firm car rental business to launch a specific analysis that includes: business models, profit modules, cost control, repayment ability and financial position. Therefore, it is a reliable way to guarantee the project to operate in success. |
