Through analysis and research,To clarify the problems of the company’s security management and the crux of the problem,With The status quo of the security management system of A company, Using PDCA to optimize the safety management process of the company project, Safety management approval process, Safety management and contract management process of the subcontract project, Project implementation phase of the security management process and the estab-lishment of a safety warning system etc Optimization Measures,Further optimization of safety management system, The safety management system of the company’s safety management is discussed.The optimized safety management system has been applied in the railway engineering of the railway engineering, and through the analysis and summary of the practical operation effect of the system, the safety management system is expected to get the desired results.
