Application On Safety Management Of Human Factors Engineering Theory In Electric Power Company

Electricity is a fundamental production industry of material products.Electric power security,stability and adequate supply relates to national security,economy and social benefit.So establishing an effective safety management system in the electric power enterprise is particularly important.At present,there are many problems in the electric power enterprise safety management of our country,such as the lack of a systematic management system,professional safety management,safety culture,etc.these problems lead to frequent safety accidents,safety management confusion,weak personnel concept of production security.In each production link of the electric power enterprises,guide the enterprise production in safety by applying human engineer theory could solve these problems radically.Especially,after analyzing the behaviors,psychology and physics of frontier employee by human error,human factor analysis,we were able to get the initial reasons of safety accidents.And we could also make the targeted regulars,measures and plans by classifying and inducing these reasons.In addition,the use of human theory could improve the effect of safety production training.The training of human theory could significantly improve the safety skills and quality of the operation and maintenance staff to enhance the safety standardization and safety of enterprise culture,and eventually make the enterprise improve its ability to prevent and respond to risk accident in production continuously.This paper is in accord with the requirement of electric power enterprises in the market competition.At first this paper is to study the electric power enterprise safety management background and study its significance.Secondly human factors engineering related theory are introduced for the safety accident research of electric power industry.Not only that,this article also analysis the power industry accident with the analysis method of human factors and the investigation method of the cause,to provide guidance and help repairing the defects of the system of safety management.Finally,by analyzing the present situation and problems of BY electric power company safety management system,opinions of optimization of BY electric power company safety management system are put forward combining human for engineering theory.These opinions have certain reference significance for other power companies safety management in this industry.
