Analysis And Improving On Tourism Efficiency Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region Under High-speed Railway Background

With the rapid development of the tourism, the resources of the city for tourism development are increasing. And along with high-speed railway has brought shorten the distance of time and space of inter-city to promote urban tourist accessibility, and thus to affect the efficiency of urban tourism. Rapid construction of high-speed railway of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region makes railway network covering almost the entire area of its.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional tourism the first to catch the ride of traffic integration, and make it ushered in new opportunities for the joint development of regional tourism, to provides the measures foundation for enhancing the efficiency of urban tourism.In this paper, high-speed railway as the background, collect and organize the 2007, 2010 and2013 travel-related data of 13 city in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to calculate its tourism efficiency value through the DEA model.And from the perspective of time and space, it qualitative analyzes urban tourism efficiency before and after the high-speed railway, and proposes countermeasures to enhance the tourism efficiency of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region under High-speed Railway Background, to provide a reference for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional tourism coordinated development.First, for this article selected topic background, the research significance, the domestic and foreign relevant literature review, research contents and methods are described, and explains the relevant concepts and basic theory, for the qualitative analysis of the text to provide a theoretical basis.Secondly, this paper built a tourism efficiency model of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and explains the research methods and subjects in detail, and built the variable framework and selects indicators, for the later quantitative calculation to provide a method.Then, using the DEA model, this paper quantitative analyzes tourism efficiency of 13 city in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region under high-speed railway background, and the results show that although Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region tourism efficiency showed an increasing phenomenon, there are differences in the spatial distribution, which accessibility of cities and its spatial distribution have a contact, namely the railway network density promotesurban tourism efficiency, but they did not achieve the optimal configuration results.Finally, according to the analysis of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region tourism efficiency calculation results and influencing factors, combined with the background of the rapid construction of high-speed railway, this paper proposes the promotion measures of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region tourism efficiency, including comprehensively upgrading Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional transportation systems, strengthening government-oriented management, optimizing regional tourism industry structure, strengthening the construction of tourist information, reasonably configuring tourism resource elements, in order to promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional tourism.
