| The concept of coordinated development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has a long history,but for many multiple subjective and objective reasons,this idea fails to finish timely and effectively.But in these recent years,the economic and society of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions are facing the increasing pressures of development,sustainable reduction of regional environmental carrying capacity,and the scarcity of resources are becoming more and more prominent,the pressures of economic growth are increasing,and the urgency of seeking new ways of development are growing.In this context,the leading group that President Xi Jinping as the core started from the future national development strategy,vigorously promote the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and passed the “Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative Plan outline”in 2015.Tourism is a more advanced sector economic part of the national economy,and in the great context of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration searching for new kinetic energy and social industry upgrading,the matching of its development level and the regional economic development level will exert a great influence on the synergistic development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Based on this,the paper will research on this topic,aim at Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region that seeking the coordinated development,take the regional economy and tourism development as the research object,combine the actual situation of regional development to analyze the evolution mechanism and synergistic effect of which tourism promotes regional economic development,and hope to provide some theoretical and practical helps for the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.The paper firstly elaborates the research background,significance and related research trends at home and abroad,and introduced the research content,methods and technical route.On this basis,the paper puts forward the relevant concepts,theoretical basis and mechanism of action,focuses on the definition and analysis of the concepts and theories involved in this paper.Secondly,the paper based on the smooth transition autoregression(STAR)what is also called nonlinear cointegration model,we simulate the impact of regional tourism development gap on regional economic development in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.It isIV verified that there is a cointegration relationship between the difference value of regional tourism income and of regional economic GDP.That is,the difference value of regional tourism income is positive to the regional economic GDP difference.Validates the multiplier effect,correlation effect and ripple effect of tourism on regional development,and clarifies that the tourism can not only promote the regional economic growth,but also promote the coordinated development of regional economy.Thirdly,the paper using the latest input-output flows table between the regions in China,and applying Leontief input-output model to study the temporal and spatial evolution law of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional tourism how to promote regional economic development,doubling points in time and space dimensions to measure the way and degree that tourism influence regional economic development,and based on the results of the analysis in-depth analyzes of the causes,and forecasts its development trend.Then,the paper tries to construct the sub-system and the measure index system of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region tourism and regional economic development respectively,measures the order degree of development of the two subsystems,and by measuring Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei and the national average economic and tourism subsystem order degree to compare the development status of the two major subsystems in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and indicate the factors that affect their order degree and coping methods.On this basis,the synergetic maturity of tourism and regional economic development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region was measured by using coupled cooperative model,and we calculate the national and three regions of the coordinated development of their respective degrees in the same period.By comparing the horizontal and vertical dimensions,this paper analyzes the state of the development maturity of regional economy and tourism in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and its influencing factors and put forward the focus of efforts to improve synergy.In the end,the paper puts up some measures and strategies of tourism in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to improve the coordinated development level of regional economy based on the above theoretical analysis and the conclusions drawn from the empirical study.we analysed the strengthing of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Regional Tourism Industry to promote the coordinated development of regional economy thetop-level design from the following aspects : formulating tourism planning,building regional complem entarity,and innovating leadership and so on.Tourism infrastructure construction,tourism public service,construction of tourism big data platform,tourism agglomeration effect,and global tourism were elaborated to improve tourism and promote the construction of supporting systems for coordinated regional economic development.It is recommended that relevant safeguard measures should be implemented from the perspective of sound long-term assessment mechanisms,increased policy support,and enhanced personnel protection. |
