In the four major economic and social development factors of human society(information resource, capital resource, natural resource and human resource), human resource is the most important and the most active.Now, enterprises pay attention to the extreme importance of human resource in the business management. It is the most important factor to determine competitiveness of enterprises and it is the fundamental competitiveness of enterprises.Yuantong Group has entered a new stage of strengthening human resources development and management.According to the method of linking theory of theory and practice, based on the current basic theory of human resource development and management, through the investigation and study, I make full analysis on the human resources of Yuantong group to find out problems and put forward some countermeasures and try to benefit the Yuantong group human resource management.These countermeasures include: reforming the human resource organization of the enterprise of Yuantong group;carrying out scientific management;performancing level evaluation of enterprise staff;establishing incentive mechanism of compensation distribution according to the post and performancetraining according to the posts; strengthening the management; carrying out occupation career management of employees;getting employees and enterprises achieve win-win.
