Since entering the 21 st century knowledge economy era, with complicating competition environment and the fast development market, Companies tend to form a coalition in order to obtain the market competitiveness and realize win-win development. At the same time, under the new background of calling for more innovation and encouraging innovation, knowledge beyond the logistics, information flow and cash flow become the key elements to decide the success or failure of the enterprise and generate the supply chain aiming at sharing knowledge. Therefore, the design of incentive mechanism of knowledge sharing among enterprises of supply chain improve the utilization value of heterogeneous knowledge, reduce the cost of knowledge acquisition and aid knowledge innovation speed. Firstly, under the premise of the interpretation on the supply chain theory, principal-agent theory, incentive theory, supervision theory and fairness preference theory, this study comb the domestic and foreign research present situation of supply chain knowledge sharing and knowledge sharing incentive mechanism and find the potential problem of the incentive mechanism on supply chain enterprise knowledge sharing. All lay a solid theoretical basis for follow-up paper.Secondly, aiming at potential problems of knowledge sharing in supply chain, the study establishes monitoring signal incentive mechanism under the perspective of individual and fairness preference incentive mechanism under the perspective of team based on the principal-agent theory. At the same time, in the process of building a model, the supply chain enterprises are classified into the subordinate companies and the homogeneous enterprise according to the intensity of competition. Because there is an interest against relationship in the homogeneous enterprises, need to introduce parameters to measure the intensity of competition. Through the analysis on model and example, this study find the incentive problems of the subordinate companies and the homogeneous enterprise in the knowledge sharing when considering the monitoring signal and fairness preference. Studies have shown that Introduce monitoring signal and fairness preference, not only can enhance the optimal incentive contract design’s pertinence, effectiveness and rationality, but also can reduce the potential moral hazard effectively. Finally, this study puts forward Suggestions on perfecting the incentive mechanism of supply chain enterprise knowledge.The core of this study is from two viewpoints of individual and team to analyze the incentive mechanism of knowledge sharing among enterprises of supply chain. What’s more, on the basis of the introduction of monitoring signals and fairness preference, the supply chain enterprises are classified into the subordinate companies and the homogeneous enterprise according to the intensity of competition. In model hypothesis, in accordance with the relevant assumptions introduced to measure the parameters of the monitoring signal, fairness preference and competitive strength and example analysis after the model, all ensure that the design of incentive mechanism has comprehensive and targeted. In a word, we hope that through this article research; provide certain theoretical basis for the design of incentive mechanism.
