Research In The Influence Of Financial Funds For Agriculture On The Development Of Family Farm In Shandong Province

The transformation of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture is an inevitable course for agricultural development. Currently China is embracing a golden time which will accelerate the transformation. T he three issues concerning agriculture, farmer and rural area have been long the focus of the CPC and the state. T he level of agricultural development, rural prosperity level and how fast the rural resident living standards are improving serve as important indicators for measuring achievements in construction of new countryside. As an important industry crucial to national economy and the people’s livelihood, agriculture plays a particularly significant role in public benefit and military purpose. Hence it has seen sustainable governmental financial supports and poli cy intervention in both developing and developed countries. Under the marketization context, financial support is playing an increasingly importance role in agricultural economic development. At present, relevant national competent authorities and academic world are paying increasing attention to governmental supporting structure, gross supports and supporting efficiency on agriculture as well as to the resulting effect. As China is currently coming to a new socialist construction stage and making great efforts to construct a new countryside, the government is scaling up fiscal investment in agriculture, farmer and rural area by means of financial supports in agriculture, including funding, technologies and information.The development of household farm is an effective approach to improving and innovating the basic system for rural operation. In today’s China where urbanization level is constantly progressing, labor force in rural areas is increasingly unavailable, food safety is worsening and the supply of food, oil and vegetable is imbalanced, the only way to resolve those problems mentioned above is to develop household farm.Under the context of new-type urbanization and construction of new countryside, the paper investigated into household farm and financial agricultural supports in Shandong Province. With a certain prefect ure-level city used as the research object, the paper collected large quantities of data, and made regression analysis of the investigation indexes according to the actual situations of household farm. Based on empirical studies, the paper discovered the relationship between financial agricultural supports and the development status of household farm. On this basis, analysis was made of the effect of financial supports on househ old farm. By analyzing the effectiveness of agricultural funding, the finite financial support in agriculture will be brought into full play to maximize the input-output effectiveness. In this way, the utilization efficiency of fiscal assistance in agricul ture will be improved and the decision-making level of agricultural fiscal assistance will be upgraded. This will be of guiding significance to actual operation to some extent.
