| This paper mainly discusses the design method of DFSS in the application of power battery system design. Because of the power batter system is a new product, so it isn’t too much experience to draw lessons from. So when enterprise product design tend to be used to make samples first, and then in the process of the use of samples to improve. This will waste a great deal of manpower and material resources and financial resources. And the result is limited to the upfront design. DFSS with scientific methods from the design stage is to make clear the design goal, and optimize the process, and enhance accepting rate, and customer’s satisfaction, and improve business visibility, and increase retained profits.In this paper, through the study of six sigma theory knowledge, collect related literatures, understand six sigma research status at home and abroad. Built into MGL’s new product development and improvement of the problems existing in the process of DFSS methods for specific applications, find can solve practical problems using enterprise product design method. Through the enterprise customer information collected to classify customer requirements, customer needs to make use of the KANO model analysis, to determine customer expect product quality project. Based on customer requirements of quantitative, targeted to optimize products, with the minimum cost to obtain customer satisfaction products. This paper aims at introducing six sigma design method to the design of power battery products, in the design is clear at the beginning of the customer requirements, simplifying the validation process, optimize product, offer such products for the design and optimization of a solution of the system. |
