With the concept of service-oriented government proposed in 18 th CPC National Congress, rising attention is shifted to the service-oriented leadership style. As for now, most incentive measures stop with pay and welfare and there has been little research on the style of leadership and management. Meanwhile, the influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of staff, arising from the relationship between leaders and subordinates along with internal staffs relationship, is still underestimated by most companies. As to the leadership study area, more researches focus on staff themselves rather than the effectiveness of leadership, which means increasing demands on the discussion of leadership style. In the past researches of leadership style, servant leadership style is often tossed aside. In consideration of the particular significance of interpersonal relationship in China, the research and practical application of servant leadership style are worth being paid more attention. Therefore, by exploring how servant leadership style act on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of staffs and the mechanism of it and whether employee relationship play an intermediary role, this paper concludes:First, the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of staff is effectively enhanced by the three dimensions of servant leadership style. After perceiving the service, authorization and depicting the vision of leaders, staffs can fully improve the commitment and contribution to the organization.Second, the three dimensions of servant leadership style effectively improve the staff relations. The diffusion of leader’s service spirit leads to staff’s altruistic behaviors, and then improves the employee relationshipThird, the staff relations play an intermediary role and take a notable positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of staffs.Given all the conclusions above, some suggestions are put forward for the development of servant leadership and enhancing Organizational Citizenship Behavior of staff by improving employee relationship...
