The economy of China has been entering the New normal and the economic structure has been transforming into a new type.Customers and markets have higher standards on enployees.Under the new kind of economic environment,employees become the most important part in companies.So doing research on employees and their behaviors is a widely concerned topic.This article discussed the relationship among servant leadership,felt obligation,and organizational citizen behavior.Based on the theory of social exchange,perceived organizational support,and rational behavior,the article puts forwards servant leadership has positive impact on felt obligation and organizational citizen behavior,following the logical line of individual perception-psychological identity-psychological belief-individual behavior.And felt obligation mediates the impact of servant leadership on organizational citizen behavior.After constructing the research model based on literature review,we collected 497 valid questionnaires from employees.Completed reliability analysis,validity analysis with SPSS 21 and Amos 21,and then we used Amos 21 to complete overall measureent model test.The article also tests main effect hypothesis by structural equation analysis and constructs a direct effect model to complete mediating effect test.Empirical results indicate the positive effect of servant leadership,including service and authorization on organizational citizenship behavior,including OCBI and OCBO.Felt obligation plays a part of intermediary role between service leadership and organizational citizenship behavior.This research has contributions in following areas:(1)Introduces a kind ofindividual feeling-felt obligation into the relationship research between servant leadership and organizational citizenship behavior.(2)The organizational citizenship behavior is divided into two aspects:OCBI,OCBO and doing research on OCB as a whole instead of aiming at a specific kind of organizational citizenship behavior.(3)Provides some management methods with the results of this study to managers.And they should realize the importance of employees and concern about employees' feelings.Update their management behavior and promote enterprise development.
